Alexis + Michael were all chill vibes and good times combined with luxury. We worked together to bring a sophisticated edge to a good sense of humor. You can tell that these two and their families are all so close and can laugh at themselves from he table number cards alone. You’ll see below…Overall, we had a blast illustrating The Potlatch Club grounds on the map, giving all the guests a great feel for the layout while they were planning their big trip. And then making things pretty and memorable. You’re going to love the mermaid in a martini glass and the newlywed fish. So many cute details in this one!
gatefold
Gatefolds are so versatile. With this wedding, we used the gatefold as a details card, map and “scene setting” piece with a scenery painting on the front cover to really immerse the guests in the Potlach Club experience before they even arrived.

invitation suite
The primary goal of this stationery suite was to have fun using a mix of colors, patterns and personal watercolor artwork. We included lots of playful, sea life and beach details along with classic island bits. Bringing a level of sophistication to the stationery and artwork was important and we achieved that balance by adding a letterpress printed invitation and classic color palette all throughout.

letterpress printing
When a couple expresses the desire to elevate their stationery to truly convey that their wedding will be an elevated experience, maybe a black tie affair, Stephanie recommends adding at least one letterpress printed element. Sometimes we add a pop of color with the paper and sometimes we keep it classic with white and let the ink color used for the design do the talking. Here the clean combo of white with blue was giving all the luxe, beach vibes that we wanted.

Fill out the inquiry form + schedule an optional 15-minute inquiry call with us.
step Two
Quote: Receive and review your quote.
Step Three
Move forward — You’ll receive your contract and an invoice to pay your 50% deposit. From there, you’ll schedule a 30-minute design kick-off call with me! Following the call, we’ll send you a verbiage intake form and an address sheet so you can share all the accurate event information needed for your stationery and envelope addressing.
Step four
Brainstorming & Sketching — The fun begins! I’ll begin brainstorming and sketching to present you with your first proof. You get up to three proofs to ensure your vision is met before the painting begins.
Step five
Painting — I’ll start painting your vision to life! As with the brainstorming portion of the project, you are allotted three proofs to ensure your full-picture vision is met and all verbiage is accurate. Any additional proof required after the third will incur a fee.
Step six
Printing & Production — You sign off on your final proof and I’ll begin formatting all your stationery files to be sent to print.
Step Seven
Assembly & Mailing — We’ll receive all the final stationery and any agreed-upon embellishments for assembly in the studio before sending your wedding invitations out to be mailed!
